Matte vs. Gloss vs. Satin: Which Wrap Finish?
How the three main vehicle-wrap finishes look, wear and clean — so you pick the right one for the Vegas sun.
Finish is half the statement a wrap makes. Gloss, matte and satin each read differently and care a little differently — here's how to choose.
Gloss
The classic, paint-like shine — colors pop and it hides minor imperfections well. Easiest to clean and most forgiving day to day.
Matte
Flat, modern and aggressive — it kills reflections for a stealth look. Matte shows fingerprints and smudges more and wants gentle, correct cleaning to stay even.
Satin
The in-between — a soft sheen that's classier than flat matte but less mirror-like than gloss. A popular middle ground that photographs beautifully.

Frequently asked
What's the difference between matte, satin and gloss wraps?
Gloss is shiny and paint-like (easiest to clean); matte is flat and stealthy (shows smudges more); satin is a soft sheen in between. The right pick is about the look you want and how you'll maintain it.
Does finish affect durability?
All quality cast films with a UV laminate hold up well; matte and satin just need gentler, correct cleaning to keep the finish even, especially in the Vegas sun.
